List of WAC Coach of the Year winners

The Western Athletic Conference (WAC) has awarded Don Haskins WAC Men’s Basketball Coach of the Year honors every season since 1980-81. The award is named after late Hall of Fame head coach Don Haskins, who coached at UTEP from 1961-1999 and won the National Championship in 1966. The coach to win the award the most times is the late former Utah coach Rick Majerus, with four total. New Mexico State, Nevada, Utah and Wyoming are tied for the most awards (four each).
